Even though some of my best friends do it, people using hawt instead of hot, eym instead of I'm, or kewl instead of cool bugs the ever-loving shit out of me. Someone once told me that I needed to calm the fuck down because it was just another way of *pronouncing* something. I wanted to correct them by saying that NO, it is just another way of *spelling* something (and incorrectly too) but I let it slide. That got me thinking though...there are so many words out there that really do have dual pronunciation and I have no idea how many of you say them!
